6. AI Processing and OpenAI Integration

6.1 AI Service Disclaimer

  • Our AI-powered features utilize OpenAI's technology
  • AI-generated content is for assistance purposes and should be reviewed by users
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated suggestions
  • Users remain responsible for the final content of their resumes and documents

6.2 Data Processing with OpenAI

  • Your resume content may be processed by OpenAI's systems for optimization
  • OpenAI may retain API data for up to 30 days for abuse detection
  • Processing is conducted under OpenAI's Data Processing Addendum
  • We maintain contractual obligations with OpenAI regarding data handling

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through DodoPayments, our secure payment processor
  • By making a purchase, you agree to DodoPayments' terms and conditions
  • All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes

7.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to our refund policy communicated at purchase
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7.3 Access Continuity

  • Access to your data continues even after subscription expiration
  • Premium features become unavailable upon subscription termination

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • AI-generated content accuracy is not warranted

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grafixo from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

13. Termination

  3. Jurisdiction: If arbitration is not enforceable in your jurisdiction, exclusive jurisdiction lies with courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India

14.3 Consumer Rights Exception

If you are a consumer under Indian consumer protection laws, you may choose to pursue remedies through consumer forums instead of arbitration, and this choice will be honored.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be resolved individually and not as part of class or collective actions.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.
